PLEASE NOTE: All hotel room requests at the Ritz-Carlton Amelia Island will be processed through the above registration form. All registrants are allowed a maximum of two rooms. GPPA will submit your room request to the Ritz-Carlton Amelia Island on your behalf within 10 days of registration. Once received, the hotel will send an email with your confirmation number(s) and a secure link to provide payment. Upon completion of the secure payment link, the reservation is deemed confirmed. Hotel rooms in the GSO room block are based on availability. Room requests will be booked on a first-come, first-serve basis. The room block will close on Monday, June 16, 2025. A waiting list will be put into effect upon the room block's fill or on this date, whichever comes first, in case of cancellation.
