Please note: All hotel room requests at the Ritz-Carlton Amelia Island will be processed through the above registration form. All registrants are allowed a maximum of two rooms. 

GPPA will submit the provided information to the Ritz-Carlton Amelia Island on your behalf within 10 days of your registration. Once received, the hotel will send you an email with your confirmation number(s) and a secure link to provide a payment method. Upon completion of the secure payment link, the reservation is deemed confirmed.

Hotel rooms in the GPPA room block are based on availability. Room requests will be booked on a first-come, first-serve basis and are not guaranteed. The room block will close on Monday, June 10, 2024.
