Please note: All hotel room requests will be processed through the meeting registration form, linked above.

GPPA will then submit the provided information to the Ritz-Carlton Amelia Island on your behalf, at which time the hotel will reach out to you via email to confirm your booking. Room requests will be reported once weekly.

All registrants are allowed a maximum of two rooms. 

Hotel rooms in the GPPA room block are based on availability. Room requests will be booked on a first-come, first-serve basis and are not guaranteed. The room block will close on Monday, June 12, 2023.
