Meeting Information

The Georgia Psychiatric Physicians Association (GPPA) hosts its Winter CME Meeting annually in February to provide its membership with accessible and affordable continuing medical education (CME) programming. The two-day meeting typically hosts 180 psychiatrist, offers up to 11 credit hours, and brings leading experts from around the country and state to share the latest in psychiatric science and hands-on practices.

Early Career Psychiatry Breakfast 

GPPA's Early Career Psychiatry (ECP) committee invite any member in their first seven years of psychiatric practice to a networking breakfast on Saturday, February 3 at The Whitley Hotel Buckhead from 7:00am-8:00amExperience a relaxed atmosphere while you enjoy a hot breakfast, and take advantage of a perfect opportunity for networking and mentorship. This is also an ideal time to meet with GPPA leadership and bring up any questions or concerns that you may have as an ECP. 

Continuing Medical Education (CME)

The Georgia Psychiatric Physicians Association is accredited by the Medical Association of Georgia to provide continuing medical education for physicians. 

The Georgia Psychiatric Physicians Association designates this live activity for a maximum of 11.25 AMA PRA Category 1 CreditsTM. Physicians should claim only the credit commensurate with the extend of their participation in the activity. 

 

Cancellation Policy 

Cancellations will be honored with a full refund through January 26, 2018. 50% refund after January 26. No-shows will not receive a refund. All cancellations must be received in writing, and can be emailed to anita@gapsychiatry.org.
